(Minor spotting to preliminaries and rear endpaper, price stamp on front pastedown, textblock loosening.) Original green cloth-backed pictorial boards (fading, browning to rear, slight rubbing). Provenance: Simon Gordon Clark (gift inscribed to on the front free endpaper). - And a further thirty-one miscellaneous volumes (including Frances Burney's 'Evelina: or, the History of a Young Lady's Introduction to the World', 1821, 8vo) (32).
