A late Victorian silver mounted cut clear glass novelty medicine decanter and stopper, the shouldered glass body with chamfered corners, one side cut with twelve horizontal lines, the reverse with label inscribed 'One dose to be taken before bedtime. Patients name... ', fitted with a silver collar and conical stopper, Birmingham 1894 by Hukin & Heath (John Thomas Heath & John Hartshrove Middleton), height 21.8cm (crack to interior of neck).
