A pair of Chinese wucai porcelain jars, Transitional style but late Qing dynasty, each ovoid body painted with a pair of blue phoenixes flying amidst iron red and yellow peonies with green scrolling tendrils, all beneath an iron oxide washed rim, unmarked, height 32.5cm (chip to rim of one).
