                A late 18th century Continental silver two-bottle cruet frame, maker's mark 'CAT' with cross surmount, probably Maltese or Italian (Sicilian), each openwork tapered cylindrical holder cast with uprights of laurel and fruiting vines beneath a reeded rim, centred with a foliate scroll handle flanked by reeded stopper rings, on rococo scroll moulded feet, hallmarks with maker's mark to underside, weight 584.3g, height 23.5cm, fitted with a pair of later facet cut glass decanters and stoppers with silver rims, London 1925.
