A large Chinese Empress Dowager Cixi style yellow ground porcelain fish bowl, Guangxu period, the exterior painted with a pair of iron red and grey confronted dragons amidst white peonies and leafy stems on a yellow ground, within turquoise ground borders filled with lotus and tendrils, divided by famille rose bird and flower vignettes, the interior with goldfish and weeds, height 41cm, diameter 46cm (crack to body).
