                A Chinese Canton export mother-of-pearl shell, late Qing dynasty, carved and incised with two bats flying above vegetables, fruit and flowers, within a pierced border of squirrels amidst fruiting vines, length 24.2cm, with carved hardwood stand, total height 33.2cm, together with a group of four Jerusalem carved mother-of-pearl shells, comprising three depicting the Last Supper and the other with the Nativity, widths ranging from 16.2cm to 9.7cm.
