LOT 2011
An early 20th century Ceylonese ebony demi-lune table, the shaped gallery back centred by a turned stupa, the top finely carved with bands of animals, the frieze modelled with three seated Buddhas, raised on foliate baluster legs, height 126cm, width 134cm, depth 68cm (some faults). Provenance: from the estate of a West Sussex collector.
