London: Heinemann, [n.d. 1907.] First trade edition, 4to (204 x 146mm.) 13 colour plates with captioned tissue-guards. (Toning, light to moderate spotting throughout.) Original green cloth, pictorial gilt to upper cover (browning to spine with some loss to top, rubbing, extremities frayed). - And a further seven illustrated volumes (including Eden Phillpott's 'A Dish of Apples', illustrated by Arthur Rackham, [1921], 8vo) (8).
