DICKENS, Charles. Dombey and Son. London: Bradbury and Evans, 1848. First edition in book form, 8vo (212 x 126mm.) Etched frontispiece, additional title and 38 plates by H.K. Browne. (Toning, occasional spotting, bound without the half-title.) Contemporary green half-calf over marbled paper-covered boards, red morocco lettering piece to the spine (light rubbing). - And a further volume by Charles Dickens (the first edition in book form of 'Little Dorrit', 1857, 8vo) (2).
