An early 20th century German silver two-handled boat shaped centrepiece basket, the sides decorated in relief and pierced with a floral band above opposing laurel leaf wreathes, surmounted by weapons and a crown, flanked by two eagles supporting a foliate garland, raised on four eagle feet with outswept wings, import mark Chester 1906 by Berthold Müller, weight 753.4g, length 32cm, with a blue glass liner.
