A gold cased, black enamelled and rose cut diamond set keywind open-faced lady's fob watch with unsigned cylinder movement, the enamelled dial with Roman numerals, the case back interior detailed '18K', the case back exterior decorated with a rose cut diamond set floral motif, total weight 22.3g, case diameter 3.5cm (lacking glass).
