A Tibetan thangka, late 19th century, depicting Tsongkhapa seated on a lotus throne within a surround of bodhisattvas amidst clouds, all above lines of gilt text/script, the reverse with lines of iron red script, 65cm x 40cm (faults), with silk mounts and cover. Provenance: from the estate of a West Sussex collector.
