A George III silver oval bread basket with pierced swing handle above a crest engraved centre, framed by embossed wheat ears and pierced panels within a similarly decorated floral and foliate scroll rim, raised on a pierced oval foot, London 1769 by Richard Meach, weight 554.9g, length 31.5cm.
