An unusual late Victorian metamorphic reclining armchair, possibly 'J. Foot & Son' patent, the reclining winged back flanked by hinged scroll arms above a pull-out ratchet footstool, raised on brass spoked castors, stamped registration number to underside rail 'J232', height 118cm, width 73cm, depth 85cm.
