First edition, 8vo (124 x 133mm.) 1 engraved plate, 2 engraved maps, including 1 folding, 14pp. 'List of Works Relative to Volcanos', errata leaf to rear. (Intermittent spotting, heavy to rear, crease to title.) Contemporary half calf (spine panel lacking, worn). Provenance: by descent, from the estate of Rendel Williams.
