GRAY, John Miller. James and William Tassie, a Biographical and Critical Sketch. Edinburgh: Walter Greenoak Patterson, 1894. First edition, 8vo (191 x 119mm.) Portrait frontispiece with tissue-guard, 17 plates. (Toning, browning to endpapers.) Original cloth, paper label to spine (some loss to label, covers slightly soiled). - And a further twelve volumes (including William B. Langdon's 'A Descriptive Catalogue of the Chinese Collection Now Exhibiting at St. George's Place, Hyde Park Corner, London', 1841, 8vo, and, in the original wrappers, eleven volumes of 'The Ladies' Monthly Museum; or, Polite Repository of Amusement and Instruction', 1816-1817, 8vo) (13).
