(Toning to margins.) Early 20th century tan straight grain morocco, green and burgundy morocco lettering pieces to the spines (occasional scuffing). Provenance: John F. Matthews (bookplates to the front pastedowns). - And a further eight bound volumes (including Henry Hallam's 'View of the State of Europe During the Middle Ages', 2 vols., 1846, 8vo) (11).
