PSALMS & COMMON PRAYER. The Whole Book of Psalms, Collected into English Metre by Sternhold, John Hopkins, & Others. London: Thomas Wood, for the Company of Stationers, 1726. 12mo (148 x 77mm.) Title and text ruled in red, 42 engraved plates. (Occasional soiling, several tears to plates, marginal loss to text at B8, browning.) Early 19th century straight-grain morocco (rubbing to all extremities). - And a further five volumes (including [lacking title] Joseph Hall's 'Contemplations upon the Principall Passages of the Holy Storie', 1612, 8vo) (6).
