London: H.G. Bohn, 1850. First edition, 4to (273 x 212mm.) Hand-coloured lithographed frontispiece, 74 hand-coloured engraved plates, 1 folding. (Toning, last few leaves loosening, minor spotting to frontispiece.) Contemporary calf, red morocco lettering piece (lower cover detached). Provenance: Lucius Herbert Ingham (name-plate to the front pastedown); by descent, from the estate of Rendel Williams.
