A late Victorian silver oval inkstand, fitted with a cut glass inkwell with silver hinged lid and collar above a pen recess within a gadrooned rim, raised on reeded feet, London 1896 by Josiah Williams & Co, weight of stand only 270g, length 19.7cm (hinge faulty).
