An Italian gold and shell cameo pendant necklace, the front mounted with a drop shaped shell cameo, carved as a portrait of a lady, with an oval link neckchain, detailed '750', on a boltring clasp, detailed '750', weight 10.5g, length 51cm, together with a gilt metal mounted oval shell cameo brooch, carved with two classical profile portraits, width 4.2cm.
