An Omega 18ct gold circular cased gentleman's wristwatch, circa 1958, the signed jewelled 540 caliber movement numbered '16221436', the signed silvered dial with gilt hands and black baton hours markers, the signed case back interior detailed '0,750' over '318106' and '2946', case diameter 3.1cm, on a black leather strap with Omega gold buckle, detailed '750 Swiss', with case and related paperwork.
