A pre-war Hornby Dublo three-rail electric Sir Nigel Gresley train set, comprising locomotive 4498, tender, pair of articulated Gresley 'teak' coaches, track and controller, boxed (fatigue and damage to wheels, tender coal load slightly warped, box lid damaged), track boxes dated '9-38', together with a pre-war D1 island platform, a D1 mainline station 'Truro', a D1 goods depot, a D1 12-ton goods van NE, a D1 12-ton open goods wagon, points, a No. 1 transformer, all boxed, track, a tunnel, a signal box, a brake van, a set of miniature station figures, lineside signs, signal tested labels and a Hornby Series Railway Accessories gauge O No. 7 watchman's hut with brazier and shovel, boxed (no poker).
