Original black cloth with blind-stamped diamond motif (spine ends lightly bumped), dust-jacket (creasing to spine ends, corner loss to upper panel). Note: first issue with 'Boofy' for 'Dolly' on p.134. Provenance: Oswald Cowie (name-plate in manuscript hand mounted to initial blank).
