Title in red and black, 14 engraved plates, including 6 folding, index to rear, 2pp. publisher's advertisements. (Browning, occasional spotting.) Late 18th century panelled calf (rubbing to extremities, lacking lettering piece). - And a further two volumes (George Hickes' 'Two Treatises, One of the Christian Priesthood, the Other of the Dignity of the Episcopal Order', 1711, 2 vols., 8vo) (3).
