Folding lithographed map, hand-coloured in outline, index to rear. (Toning, blanks replaced.) Late 20th century black half morocco over grey cloth-covered boards, gilt lettering to spine (endpapers replaced). - And a further volume of the same work, bound in the same style, but over tan cloth-covered boards (2).
