London: John Streater, 1671. 8vo (169 x 115mm.) Title, 'Alphabetical Table of Herbs', 17pp. 'Table of Diseases' and 1p. publisher's advertisement to rear. (Browning, occasional minor soiling, damp-staining to last leaves, blanks replaced, marginal ink scribble to D4-D5.) Near contemporary calf (surface loss to lower cover, rebacked, endpapers replaced).
