A 19th century gilded electrotype copy of the Howard basin, finely cast with the Triumph of Neptune, diameter 44.5cm. Note: the original Howard basin is part of the Norwich regalia and civic plate and was probably made for Thomas, Earl of Arundel, by a Dutch goldsmith.
