A Chinese pale celadon jade circular saucer dish, Qing dynasty, of shallow circular form, the stone of pale celadon tone with russet inclusion to rim, diameter 14.6cm, height 3.4cm, with wood stand. Provenance: from the private collection of David Armitage, former conservator to the Department of Eastern Art at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, between 1970 and 1999.
