A Doll & Co horizontal live steam-powered stationary engine, the boiler with two-wick burner, whistle safety valve, water sight glass and brick-effect chimney, powering a twin-cylinder engine with 12.5cm flywheel, dummy governor and lubricating points, on a plinth base with bracket feet, finished in black with red and blue lining, height 42cm, width 38.5cm, depth 33cm (fired, paint damage and chimney split), together with a manometer gauge and a funnel.
