A part suite of Orrefors Sandvik Astrid glass, designed by Simon Gate, 1930s, of cinnamon tint, comprising six claret, height 16cm, six white wine, height 15.8cm, eleven sherry, height 13.8cm, and seven small bowls, diameter 10.5cm, together with five similar tumblers, height 12cm. Provenance: from the collection of John and Poppy Stallebrass.
