A James I silver gilt seal top spoon with fig shaped bowl, tapered flat hexagonal stem and foliate knop finial, leopard head mark to bowl interior, London 1608, marks indistinct but probably by James Cluatt or William Cawdell, length 16.2cm, weight 47.3g (formerly gilt but partially worn).
