                A collection of extremely rare South Vietnam partial banknote progressive die proof engraver's test strikes for the obverse of a two hundred dong note, circa 1966, colour trials in brown and blue showing stage process with portrait vignette of Emperor Nguyen-Hue to left side, on oversized paper/card (all extremely fine). Provenance: from the personal archive of the late Alan Dow, master banknote engraver to Bradbury Wilkinson & Co and the Bank of England.
