                A Japanese Kutani porcelain vase, Meiji period, the ovoid body painted and gilt with opposing panels of figures in landscape and two mandarin ducks and flowers at the water's edge, beneath a flared neck with simulated brocade borders, height 36.5cm (hairline to base), together with a Japanese 'famille rose' decorated porcelain jar and cover, early 20th century, painted with figures and flowers, height 31.5cm (rim of cover and finial repaired).
