A Chinese famille rose porcelain cylindrical brushpot, mark of Daoguang but probably 20th century, painted with a seated female figure with a tiger, heightened with gilt detail, iron red six-character seal mark to base, height 12cm, together with a Chinese famille verte porcelain cylindrical brushpot, early 20th century, painted with convolvulus, iron red six-character mark to base, height 12cm (faults).
