A Chinese blue and white porcelain ginger jar, mark of Kangxi but late 19th century, of ovoid form, painted with a scene of figures in a fenced garden setting, underglaze blue four-character mark to base, height 25.5cm (hairline to rim), with a carved and pierced hardwood stand.
