A pair of late 19th century ebonized, red stained tortoiseshell and brass boulle work pier cabinets, each black marble top above a gilt metal mounted frieze and a glazed door flanked by putto mask mounts, all with profuse marquetry scrolls, height 116cm, width 84cm, depth 38cm (one cabinet with altered base and some overall faults).
