LA FONTAINE, Jean de. Fables de la Fontaine Illustrée par Benjamin Rabier. Paris: Tallandier, [1906.] 4to (319 x 243mm.) Numerous colour and black and white illustrations. (Toning to margins, scattered spotting to many leaves.) Contemporary vellum (slightly dust-soiled). – And a quantity of approximately thirty-nine illustrated volumes (including twenty-five issues of ‘The Studio’, Oct 1897-Sept 1898, and an incomplete run Oct 1920-Nov 1929) (40).
