A North-west Chinese silk and gilt thread embroidered panel, Qinghai province, probably the end of a wedding sash, finely worked with stylized flowerheads and reserves of scrolling foliage, 58cm x 35cm, together with a pair of similarly worked plait extensions. Note: illustrated in 'Tibetan Dress' by Gina Corrigan, p134.
