A scarce Elveden Game Farm, Thetford, Norfolk, cheque on behalf of His Highness The Maharajah Duleep Singh for the sum of six pounds, dated March 27th 1885, for one hundred and forty-four pheasant eggs. Note: the Elveden Estate was formerly owned by Maharajah Duleep Singh, who became one of the finest shots in England.
