A Cartier Automatic Ballon Bleu stainless steel and 18K rose gold gentleman's bracelet wristwatch, Ref. 3754, the signed guilloché engraved silvered dial with black Roman hour numerals, the circular case with gold bezel and cabochon set crown, the signed case back secured by eight screws and detailed '408537YX 3754', the tapered bracelet with signed double foldover clasp, case width including crown guard 3.8cm, with Cartier red watch pouch. Note: Cartier introduced the Ballon Bleu watch in 2007; the name derives from the circular nature of the case coupled with the blue cabochon set crown.
