A LeCoultre & Vacheron Constantin Galaxy Mystery 14k white gold circular cased gentleman's wristwatch, circa 1950s, the signed and jewelled 480/CW caliber movement numbered '1199444', the signed silvered Mystery dial with diamond set hour markers, the case back interior detailed 'Cased and Timed in U.S.A. by LeCoultre 615-208' and numbered '56714', the case back double signed 'Vacheron V Constantin - Le Coultre Watches Inc 14K Gold', case diameter 3.4cm, on a black leather strap, total weight 31.6g. Note: the Galaxy Mystery watch was the only collaboration where the names of both Vacheron Constantin and LeCoultre appear on a product. The Mystery dial remains a fascinating dial design that was used by both Jaeger-LeCoultre and Cartier.
