An Omega De Ville 18ct gold circular cased lady's wristwatch, Ref. 595 1378, with signed and jewelled movement, the signed midnight blue dial with gilt Roman numeral and dot hour markers, the case back detailed '750', case diameter 2.4cm, on a black leather strap with Omega gilt steel buckle.
