A Chinese famille rose porcelain circular dish, mark of Qianlong but probably late Republic period, painted with two maidens seated on a bench beside a further standing maiden holding a fan, in a walled garden setting, beneath black calligraphic text and a red seal, within a black rim, iron red printed seal mark to base, diameter 32.8cm.
