RANSOME, Arthur. Swallows and Amazons. London: Jonathan Cape, 1930. First edition, first impression, 8vo (200 x 131mm.) Illustrations and map endpapers by Stephen Spurrier. (Toning, small stain to p.115, browning to endpapers.) Original cloth (discolouring, spine panel loosening with some loss). Provenance: Vivien Burkett (gift inscribed to on the half-title and a bookplate on the front endpaper).
