First edition, 8vo (217 x 138mm.) 13 plates, including photogravure frontispiece with tissue-guard, folding map to rear. (Toning.) Original black cloth (upper joint fraying, tape residue to base of spine). Provenance: Worthing Public Library (labels to front and rear pastedowns). – And a quantity of approximately sixty-four volumes by or about Richard Jefferies (including Jefferies’ ‘The Dewy Morn’, 2 vols., 1884, 8vo) (a quantity).
