After George Gammon Adams - an impressive 19th century patinated cast bronze monumental head and shoulders portrait bust of the Duke of Wellington, the reverse detailed 'G.G. Adams Sc London 1852', height 58cm. Note: George Adams entered the RA in 1840, exhibiting from 1841 to 1885. He was given the honour of making the death mask of the Duke of Wellington, from which he created a version of this bust.
