A collection of Roman Empire coinage, including three late 4th century siliquae, including Magnus Maximus 383-388 AD, reverse with Roma seated facing left, Trier Mint, the majority Blu-Tacked to a display board once belonging to Dennis Jordan. Note: Dennis Jordan (1920-2014) was an active member and public relations officer of the NCMD and an advocate of the Treasure Act and the Portable Antiquities Scheme. He was also the first Finders' Member of the Treasure Valuation Committee 1997-2003.
