A Chinese polished bronze bombé censer, mark of Xuande but Qing dynasty, the low-bellied circular body with a pair of loop handles, on three short feet, cast sixteen-character mark 'Da Ming Xuan De Wu Nian Jian Du Gong Bu Guan Cheng Wu Bong Zuo Zao' (made by Wu Bangzuo in the fifth year of Xuande period) to base, weight 893g, height 8.2cm, width across handles 13cm, rim diameter 12.5cm.
