A Victorian 18ct gold cased keywind open-faced gentleman's pocket watch, the gilt three-quarter plate movement signed 'Saml Hewitt 66 St Martins Lane London' and numbered '189' over '1000', the white enamelled dial with black Roman hour numerals, with gold inner case, the case back with engraved monogram within an engine turned surround, London 1870, weight 56.8g, case diameter 3.9cm.
